The well-made cabinet ships fully assembled. Your cabinet will arrive on a pallet with the TV Lift Mechanism in a separate box. The Bungalow Unfinished TV Lift Cabinet includes Touchstone's powerful  Whisper Lift® II PRO TV Lift. The TV lift mechanism is covered by our worry-free 5-year warranty. This whisper-quiet motorized TV lift smoothly raises to a height of 68" in just under 30 seconds, and can hold flat panel televisions up to 100 lb. The Bungalow comes with a wireless RF remote control for operation of the cabinet's lift and includes a backup wired handset controller inside the cabinet in case you can't find the wireless remote. 

Optional IR Repeater Kit

An optional IR Repeater Kit is also available for operation of audio and video components housed behind the solid wood front panels.
